2 arrested in Sidney drug bust

A narcotics bust in Sidney resulted in the seizure of cocaine and heroine capsules and two arrests Thursday morning.

David P. S. Wade, 33, and Jennifer Cromes, 34, were arrested during a raid of their apartment on the 200 block of Forest Street around 9:30 a.m.

The raid, conducted by Sidney Police Department, uncovered 15 heroin capsules and around 18 cocaine capsules, Captain J. A. Tangeman said.

Syringes, drug paraphernalia and $326 cash were also found in the apartment.

Wade and Cromes have each been charged with felony drug trafficking and possession of criminal tools.

Both remain in Shelby County Jail and are expected in Sidney Municipal Court on Friday morning.
