Two people were arrested after they allegedly stole items and fought with a clerk at the Dollar General, 2312 N. Main St.

Jasmine L. Hughes, 27, and Darrin L. Pinson, 49, are being held in the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of robbery.

The clerk told police Pinson bought some but not all the items they pulled from the shelves Saturday afternoon, according to the Dayton police report.
