Mercury, Mars, and the Moon line up tonight

A special sight in the sky is expected this evening for residents of the Miami Valley.

With dry weather expected throughout Wednesday, it might be worth your time to get out and try to find some visible planets in the sky. Clouds should be broken enough to see the moon, Mercury and Mars line up.

The thin waxing crescent moon will be setting around 10 p.m., so head out right after sunset. Look to the west and you should catch the thin sliver, below the moon and near the horizon will be Mercury and above the moon will be Mars.

These two will look like bright stars that don't twinkle.

Don't forget to take a picture if you find the three and share them with us!
