Indictment: 2 men dump overdose victim’s body in Kettering

KETTERING — Two men have been indicted in the case of  a woman's body being abused  earlier this year.

David Detrick, 39, of Cincinnati, and Charles Hall, 65, of Dayton, are charged with gross abuse of a corpse, a fifth-degree felony.

They are no longer in custody and will be arraigned Oct. 10.

Detrick and Hall are accused of dumping the boy of overdose victim, 28-year-old Tiffany Lynn Argo of Dayton. Kettering police found her body in the roadway of Valleywood Drive in May by Kettering police.

Argo’s death was ruled an accidental overdose of carfentanil and cocaine intoxication, according to Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
