Xenia OVI checkpoint leads to one arrest

One person was arrested for OVI in Greene County Friday night, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol Lieutenant Matt Schmenk.

The Greene County Sheriff's Office and the Xenia Police Department assisted troopers for the OVI checkpoint on Main Street near Orange Street in Xenia.

Officers report 377 motorists passed through the checkpoint from 9 p.m Friday until 12 a.m. Saturday.

Of four drivers who were stopped for possible OVI, one was arrested, according to Schmenk.
