Trotwood school board looks to fill vacancy

The Trotwood-Madison City School District Board of Education is looking for a board member to replace board President Adrienne Heard, who has resigned.

A replacement member is needed within 30 days and will serve until Dec. 31, 2019.

Heard served on the finance committee and the District Leadership Team, according to Trotwood-Madison Treasurer Janice Allen.

Citizens serving on school boards in Ohio must be district residents and registered voters, according to the Ohio School Boards Association.
