A stretch of Valley Street has reopened more than 12 hours after a flatbed semitrailer hauling an excavator reportedly pulled down lines.
The incident was occurred about 3:22 p.m. Monday in the 3600 block of Valley Street, between Union Schoolhouse Road and Encore Drive, according to Riverside police.
