The Clark County Sheriff’s office said the shooting was a suicide.
First report:
Deputies and medics have been requested for a report of a shooting victim found at the visitor center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Clark County Wednesday.

First units were dispatched to the visitor center at 2630 Croft Road in Moorefield Twp. on reports of a person down suffering from an unknown problem around 12:25 p.m.
While fire crews were responding, they were told the person was suffering from a gunshot wound, according to initial reports.
It was not immediately clear how the victim suffered the injury.
