Billy Farra was reportedly found guilty during a bench trial.

Investigators say one of the other suspects in the case, Jessica Boomershine, is expected to have her trial sometime later this year.

The 85-year-old man was found around 3:30 a.m. bleeding inside a break room at a Rumpke facility on East Monument Avenue in Dayton.

A preliminary investigation found two burglars forced their way into the man’s home on Wileray Drive, Miamisburg police Detective Sgt. Jeff Muncy said.

After taking items from the house, the burglars forced the man into his own car, drove him to an ATM and ordered him to withdraw money, Muncy said.

The man was then driven to the Rumpke facility and was left there until he was discovered by the worker around 3:30 a.m.

We are working to learn more about what exactly Farra was charged with.
