After Williams refused a search of his vehicle, a K-9 unit was called in and the K-9 eventually found the suspected marijuana in a vacuum-sealed package near the back seat.

Williams was booked into the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility on an outstanding warrant and additional charges are being reviewed by the Miami County Prosecutor’s Office.
