When Tucker was arrested Jan. 11, he was being sought by Dayton police stemming from an incident accusing him of firing a weapon from a vehicle on Nov. 25.

The gun play was believed to be an act of retaliation for Tucker's friend, who had been shot and killed, according to authorities.

Police and the U.S. Marshal's Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team apprehended Tucker at a residence in the 1700 block of Germantown Street.
