DAYTON — UPDATE @ 4:45 p.m. (Oct. 20)

Surveillance video shows that a fire early Thursday was intentional.

Now arson investigators are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect.

“Obviously in the video you can see a subject walk up, open some doors to the basement of this building, dump some type of accelerant into the basement and then light a flare and ignite a fire,” Bryan Adams of the Dayton Fire Department said.
