Huber Heights man indicted in theft from SK Tech in Englewood

Authorities are searching for a 52-year-old Huber Heights man accused of stealing from SK Tech Inc. in Englewood.

Douglas D. Hassler was indicted today on a felony theft charge. The indictment alleges he took between $7,500 and $150,000 from the business at 200 Metro Drive. According to the indictment, the thefts happened between Oct. 31, 2016, and Jan. 31, but the exact amount he is accused of stealing was not included in the document.

On Hassler's Facebook page, he indicates he works for SK Tech, but his position at the company and employment status are not clear. SK Tech, founded in 2002, produces automotive parts for Honda and Toyota vehicles.

Hassler is due for arraignment June 8 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
