Mostly cloudy skies are expected overnight with temperatures falling back to near 30 degrees, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Brett Collar said.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy skies will start the last day of winter, but clouds will break throughout the afternoon and give way to more sunshine. Temperatures will climb into the middle to upper 40s.

Monday: Spring officially begins on Monday. Rain showers return, especially during the second half of the day. Highs will be in the middle 50s.

Tuesday: A few showers may be around early under mostly cloudy skies. Highs will be in the lower 50s.

Wednesday: More sunshine is expected with highs in the lower 40s.

Thursday: Partly cloudy skies are on tap with the slight chance for rain late and into Friday. Highs will be near 50 degrees.
