An arrainment hearing will be held today for Ryshon Steele, 17, and Klone Snowden, 19, who are accused in the shooting death of John Madden III on November 13, 2016.
According to prosecutors, Steele and Snowden drove around and randomly robbed victims at gunpoint on Kenilworth Avenue, Grand Avenue and Broadway Street, and West Second Street and West First Street.
Two teens have been indicted for murder and other charges following the fatal shooting of a man on Salem Avenue last November.
Ryshon Steele, 17, and Klone Snowden, 19, were indicted by a grand jury today for the killing of John Madden III on Nov. 12, 2016.
Madden was shot in the head and found in the middle of the road in the 2300 block of Salem Avenue.
Police said motorists stopped to help Madden after he was shot while walking on the sidewalk in the area.
Even though he is a juvenile, Steele will be tried as an adult. He is charged with four counts of murder, four counts of felonious assault, eight counts of aggravated robbery and a single count of receiving stolen property, according to the indictment.
Snowden is charged with four counts of murder, four counts of felonious assault, eight counts of aggravated robbery.
Both teens are due in court for their arraignments on April 25.
