— Clouds will break and temps will fall into the middle 30s by morning, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

THURSDAY: Expect a mix of sun and clouds. Breezy at times with highs in the low to mid-40s.

FRIDAY: The day will start with sunshine, but clouds will increase in the afternoon. Gusty winds will develop through the day with highs reaching the lower 50s. Rain will move in with a chance for a thunderstorm Friday night.
SATURDAY: Strong winds and rain will be likely. Wind gusts of over 40mph will be possible, especially early in the day. Temperatures will top out in the upper 50s around midday and then begin to rapidly fall through the 40s and into the 30s by evening as showers taper off. A few flurries will be possible Saturday night.
SUNDAY: Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy. There will be the chance for some passing flurries, mainly north of I-70. Temperatures will hold in the upper 30s with blustery conditions.
MONDAY: Mostly sunny and cool with highs near 40 degrees.
