International Space Station cameras capture 3 hurricanes

NASA released video captured from cameras aboard the International Space station showing three hurricanes churning Wednesday in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans.

Hurricanes Madeline and Lester were headed to Hawaii, but Madeline tonight was downgraded to a tropical storm, the Associated Press reported. Madeline was expected to pass south of the Big Island around 2 a.m. Thursday, or 8 a.m. EDT. Hurricane Lester also is expected to weaken to a tropical storm as it passes the state.

In the Atlantic Ocean, Hurricane Gaston is tracking in the open waters, moving further away from Bermuda.
