Dayton library selling 4 closed branches

Four former library branches are up for sale, which officials say offer flexible spaces that are suitable for professional offices and other uses.

Last year, the Dayton Metro Library closed the Dayton View, Ft. McKinley, Northtown-Shilo and Brookville branches.

The Brookville library moved into a new home. The other three branches consolidated into the new Northwest branch.

The library is offering the branches for sale for the following prices:

• Dayton View Branch, $249,000
• Ft. McKinley Branch, $185,000
• Northtown-Shiloh Branch, $165,000
• Brookville Branch, $500,000
