Dayton FitLab offers nutrition, exercise in Trotwood

TROTWOOD — Dayton Fit Lab is a new business in Trotwood that seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition.

A grand opening was held today at the club’s new location, 4636 Salem Ave.

The shop is owned and operated by three founding members — JaSue Juniel, Shaniece Todd and Christina Moore — and there are 15 “independent wellness coaches” on board as well, according to the store’s news release.

The news release quotes co-owner Chelsea Johnson: “Our mission is to create a community of positive people, bringing together and empowering the community to become the best versions of themselves. It is our mission to change the world through fitness, nutrition, fitness and empowerment.”

The store offers handcrafted, nutritional shakes and exercise classes, including hip hop cardio and a walker’s club.

Individual wellness assessments are available. The store is open Monday through Saturday. For more information, visit the Dayton FitLab Facebook page or call at (937) 723-8046.
