Yellow crime tape surrounds a white farmhouse tonight at a Champaign County property.
Crews have been at the farm since at least 6:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of Valley Pike, near Dallas Roadin Mad River Twp.
The Champaign County Sheriff’s Office so far has not disclosed what type of incident was under investigation. Dispatchers confirmed at least one person was taken to an area hospital for possible stab wounds.
It is not clear whether anyone was arrested.

Late tonight, there were four cruisers at the front of the property, and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation also was on scene.
Investigators were seen by a silo and other outbuildings, as well as inside the large, two-story house.
According to a googlemap search, the property is known as the Constant Spring Fm-Farmers.
