2 Missouri homicide fugitives caught in Warren County

Two fugitives wanted in a Missouri homicide were caught Saturday in Warren County.

Hamilton Twp. Police and the Warren County Tactical Response Unit searched a property in the Cozzadale area of Hamilton Twp. and a second property in Deerfield Twp., where the two suspects were detained.

They were identified as Timothy Callahan, 44, of Potosi, Mo., and David Young, 67, of Ironton, Mo., according to Hamilton Twp. police.

Investigators from the Reynolds County, Missouri, Sheriff's Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol immediately responded to Hamilton Twp. to interview the men.

Callahan and Young are each facing two counts of murder in Missouri, and were booked around 5:30 p.m. into the Warren County Jail pending extradition.
