A car driving at a high rate of speed rear ended another person causing their vehicle to roll over, investigators said.
The car that was rear ended was reportedly driving at a normal rate of speed and suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the car that rear ended the other person went to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
