Northbound I-75 near the Dixie Drive exit is now open.

UPDATE @ 5:15 a.m.:

One person was injured after a semi truck overturned northbound on I-75 near the Dixie Drive exit in West Carrollton early Saturday morning.

According to dispatchers, the extent of the victim’s injuries is not known at this time.

Dispatchers also confirm that the northbound lanes of I-75 are still closed at this time as crews clean the area.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

INITIAL REPORT

Crews are responding to an overturned semi on northbound I-75 near the exit ramp at Dixie Drive in West Carrollton.

According to reports, emergency crews were dispatched at around 3:00 a.m.

The current condition of the driver is not known at this time.

Northbound lanes of I-75 near the exit ramp of Dixie Drive are closed at this time while crews are on scene.
