City of Bellefontaine under boil advisory

BELLEFONTAINE — Residents in Bellfontaine are under a boil advisory after a water main break on Friday.

The boil advisory affects the entire city. Residents are advised to boil their tap water before consuming.

The advisory is in place until further notice.

The water main break happened on Lake Avenue. It’s unclear whether crews are still working to make repairs.
