Accused Montgomery Co. human traffickers held 4 women against will

MONTGOMERY COUNTY — Two men are wanted on felony charges of human trafficking and promoting prostitution.

Pascal Williams, 44, and James Rowles, 46, were indicted for human trafficking and other felony crimes involving four female victims, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

Between June and September of 2015, the men are accused of holding the women against their wills — each at different times — and forcing them to engage in sex acts.

The men are also accused of forcing the women into prostitution in exchange for drugs or money.

Williams’ felony charges include five counts rape; four counts trafficking in persons; three counts kidnapping; two counts felonious assault; and single counts of compelling prostitution and promoting prostitution, according to a media release.

Rowles’ felony charges include a count of kidnapping and four counts each of trafficking in persons, compelling prostitution and promoting prostitution, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Williams also faces four firearm specifications and five human trafficking specifications.

Rowles also faces a firearm specification and eight human trafficking specifications. He’s current in an Ohio prison serving time for possession of drugs.
