Jones left in the first quarter and was injured while blocking during a run by Eddie Lacy. Jones never returned, although early indications are that he may have dodged a major bullet, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Fantasy Spin: It's unknown to what extent Jones is injured as well as how much time he will miss, and though nothing is definite, signs are looking more encouraging than not in the early stages.
The Packers offense sputtered throughout most of the day with Jones out of commission, and that was also the case for Jones' counterpart Randall Cobb, who exited shortly afterward with a knee injury.
Both losses won't make things any easier for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who endured a difficult day in their absence, and will have to replicate their production by relying on Jordy Nelson and Jermichael Finley. Jones recorded at least 127 yards in two of his last three games prior to Week 6's contest, and should he miss time, the Packers receiving corps has a lot of work to do if they want to compensate.
