For the second time in as many days, Bengals linebacker James Harrison and cornerback Adam Jones are sitting out during practice. Both defensive players were out on Tuesday "with unknown ailments" -- though we suspect it's to allow them to rest.
They were joined by Robert Geathers, who has been out since Monday and Sean Porter, who may be placed on Injured Reserve with a torn shoulder labrum (that decision is still being determined).
Carlos Dunlap, who had been easing his way back with physical activity this week, was sporting shoulder pads, making it increasingly likely that he'll take part in a handful of snaps against the Cowboys this weekend.
Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green and offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth were working, similarly suggesting that they'll have a chance to work this Saturday in Dallas.
The team was forced to take cover at one point during practice when lightening arrived in the area.
