According to Tom Withers and other members of the Cleveland media, both Barkevious Mingo and Dion Lewis suffered some significant injuries. Dion Lewis' injury could cost him considerable time:
Dion Lewis has been doing a exceptional job providing "lightening" to Trent Richardson's Thunder so far this preseason. He's been the talk of the media due to his quickness and ability to make players miss, but also for his versatility in that he can catch out of the backfield.
However, that metaphorical running back storm will have to wait several week to roll through an NFL stadium again as the typical recovery time can be anywhere from 6 - 8 weeks or more, depending on how bad the fracture is.
Barkevious Mingo, on the other hand, should most likely be OK to go by the time the regular season rolls around but I feel that he probably saw the last of his playing time this pre-season.
Jason Pinkston was seen in a walking boot and crutches after spraining his ankle during the game tonight:

Depending on how bad it is, and considering Shaun Lauvao is also injured, we could be seeing much more of Garrett Gilkey in the upcoming weeks.
There are other reports of Gary Barnidge and Brandon Bogotay also being injured during the contest. . .
Brandon Bogotay "i better be ready for the next game; i think i will be"
Not sure what the Bogotay injury is, but Gary Barnidge was reported to have a sprained shoulder. Needless to say the win was nice, and so was the trophy, but the injuries are never fun, although they are a part of the game.
