After a promising start to his NBA career was curtailed by injury, former Buckeye and current Boston Celtic Jared Sullinger was hoping to start off his second season on a positive note. Instead, it looks like he's done the exact opposite.
This comes as a surprise to most fans, as Sullinger never had a hint of off the court trouble at Ohio State.
Sullinger was also expected to take a larger role with the Celtics, following the trade of Kevin Garnett
and Paul Pierce
to the Brooklyn Nets
, assuming he was healthy, but this legal situation may muddy the waters a bit.
Sullinger averaged 6.0 points and 5.9 rebounds last season.
