The N&O has a good bit more detail about the case against agent Terry Watson, who, aside from UNC players, also apparently went after players at South Carolina, Florida and N.C. Central.

Unfortunately, aside from his legal issues, Watson didn’t get much bang for his buck. Apparently he felt like this was the only way to compete with bigger agents. He might have considered the more traditional route of working with an established agency, but that didn’t happen.
Three more indictments to go. It seems unlikely that a player would be indicted, so one presumes that the last three could be either for more agents, perhaps a coach, or possibly a professor or administrator.
