Taco Bell was so licking mad at a taco licking employee that the shell licker is out of a job.

Some media outlets say he was fired.

Taco Bell was a little vague in a statement on its website.

“We do not believe these employees harmed, or intended to harm, anyone. But we deplore the impressions this has caused to our customers, fans, franchisees and team members. The behavior is unacceptable for people working in a restaurant,” Taco Bell said in a statement posted to its website. “The employee who took the photo no longer works there. As we complete our investigation we will work with our franchisee to implement any additional action we find appropriate to address this situation and ensure it never happens again.”

The chain says that the taco shells licked never ended up in customer’s bellies.

Here’s what the company said about that:

“The taco shells were used for training in March before we launched a new product, and were in the process of being thrown out. Two employees, however, used them to take a photo for an internal contest in which company and franchise employees could submit for approval photos of themselves enjoying their first bite of the product. The contest had clear guidelines about what was acceptable and unacceptable. This image was clearly unacceptable – it violated the rules and spirit of the contest, and the employees never submitted it. But an employee posted it on a personal social media page in violation of the franchisee’s policies, and it emerged online in social media.”

The photo of the unidentified Taco Bell employee went viral after it was posted on Facebook Monday. Needless to say there were several comments from Taco Bell customers about the image shared Thousands of times on various social media networks.

“Never eating Taco bell again. Yuk!” Facebook user Karrie Martin Vanengen wrote.

What do you think? Should the employee have been fired or was it just an innocent prank?

David Cassidy reveals he has dementia

After a recent concert in California, former teen idol David Cassidy got viral attention for the wrong reasons after footage of his show hit the internet.

Cassidy, 66, appeared drunk, confused and disoriented during his Agoura Hills, California, show, where he often slurred his words and forgot the lyrics to his songs.

Many assumed that Cassidy had relapsed to alcohol abuse after spending years in and out of rehab. While that could still be the case, Cassidy said that there is a far worse thing going on.

People reported that his grandfather and mother before him, Cassidy has dementia.

"I was in denial, but a part of me always knew this was coming," Cassidy told People.

Prior to his show in California, Cassidy announced he would retire from touring. Now it seems that this decision was brought on by health reasons.

"I want to focus on what I am, who I am and how I've been without any distractions," he told People. "I want to love. I want to enjoy life."

In 2012, Cassidy opened up about his mother's illness during an interview with the Daily Mail.

"As people are now living well into their 80s, the cases of dementia and Alzheimer's are on the increase," Cassidy said.  "My mother has been in 24-hour nursing care for seven years now, and I'm lucky to be able to afford it, but many people aren't that lucky."

"People don't really want to talk about it, but we need to, which is why I'm going to be speaking publicly about it."

Fox News reported that Cassidy's mother died at age 89 in 2013.

According to People, Lockwood is facing charges of child abuse and neglect after hundreds of photos of children were found on various devices in the family’s home. They also report that police in Beverly Hills confirmed that there were child abuse allegations involving Lisa Marie and Lockwood last summer. Lisa Marie filed for divorce from Lockwood last June and it is reported that she requested full custody of their daughters.

Those charges are now being investigated by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations. No official case has been opened.

Presley’s charges of child abuse were filed last month as part of their ongoing divorce proceedings.

People reported that it has been unable to confirm claims that Lockwood is under investigation and no explanation has been provided regarding why the children were removed from the custody of both parents.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for "all" your positive support. 🌹

Bruce Springsteen gives Australian teen the thrill of a lifetime -- twice

Rocker Bruce Springsteen gave an Australian teenager the thrill of a lifetime when the Boss invited him onstage to perform a song with the band, and he stole the show Thursday night at a concert in Brisbane.

Nathan Testa, 14, was holding up a sign that said he skipped school to be there and wanted to perform “Growin’ Up,” a hit song from Springsteen’s 1973 debut album “Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J.”

The Boss, 67, noticed the sign and asked Testa if he knew the song. When the teen responded that he did, Springsteen brought him up onstage to play, and Testa did not disappoint, playing the song and sharing a mic with the rocker.

The legendary musician also gave the boy a few pointers on how to look like a rock star onstage.

“When I was your age, I bought my first guitar, and I realized it wasn’t how well you played it, but how good you looked doing it,” he said.

“So I go in front of the mirror trying out different poses.”

As it turns out, though, Testa has been onstage with Springsteen before. When he was 11, he did the same thing, the Courier-Mail reported. He held a sign up at a concert asking the Boss to perform a song and Springsteen brought him up to play “Waitin’ on a Sunny Day.”

@springsteen An amazing experience that I will never forget. Got the job done. Thanks, Mr Springsteen - Nathan Testa 18 Feb 2017#GrowingUp Nathan and Bruce  <3
